Orientation is held the 1st Tuesday of every month at our Metairie office.
New member applicants must attend orientation as a requirement for membership.
Registration 8:30am-9:00am
ORIENTATION 9:00am until 4:00pm
Key/Lockbox Presentation 1:00pm - 1:15pm
MLS Rules and Regulations/MLXchange overview from 1:15pm to 4:00pm.
You must sign in upon arrival and sign out for lunch. Also, you must sign in upon return from lunch.
You have an hour break for lunch.
Dues are prorated according to the date the new member was licensed with your firm. Orientation is a requirement for membership.
*As per the By-laws of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS®, Inc. if a new licensee does not fulfill membership requirements within 60 days of being licensed with a Designated REALTOR®, then the Designated REALTOR® is responsible for paying the dues and MLS fees for the non-member. As a non-member the licensee cannot utilize any of the services of NOMAR or GSREIN.
