Homebuyer Education Voucher Program
With the award of a NAR Housing Opportunity Grant and a Cultural Diveristy Grant, NOMAR is proud to offer the Homebuyer Training Voucher Program to all NOMAR members and their clients for as long as funds are available.
Within the guidelines of this program, any individual that completes a Homebuyer Training Class certified by the Louisiana Homebuyer Education Collaborative and is working with a licensed REALTOR® will be reimbursed the total fee of their homebuyer training course after their voucher application has been received and approved.
Applicants may apply for the reimbursement as long as their Homebuyer Training Certificate is active. Funds are limited and will be reimbursed to applicants on a first come first serve basis.
