All newly licensed agents who have been inactive for
over a year who are joining the NOMAR board are required to attend new
member orientation. To attend orientation you must turn in a completed
application, a copy of your license and all applicable fees as listed
below. New members must register for Orientation by 5:00 Thursday
of the preceding week. Agents not registered by that time WILL NOT
receive their MLS ID, Continuing Education Certificates, or Electronic
Keys until 48 hours after Orientation.
Orientation Day
Registration 8:30am to 9:00am
Orientation 9:00am until 2:45pm
MLS Training from 3:00 to 4:30pm
Agents must be registered and in their seat by 9:00am. All agents must
sign in and out to receive continuing education credit.
During Orientation agents will receive their Public
and Private ID's as well as their National REALTORS® Database
System (NRDS) numbers. Agents will be given overviews of our Governmental
Affairs, Professional Standards, and Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
departments.
Agents will be given the opportunity to purchase electronic keys and and keyboxes. For more information

*Insurance covers the loss/theft of the display key
or cradle. If you do not insure your key/cradle and it is lost or
stolen then you will pay a reimbursement fee of $150.00 for the key and $99.00 for the cradle (plus tax) to SUPRA.
