CE- Virtual- Real Estate Fundamentals

Get back to the basics of real estate. This course will familarize you with the common issues facing agents today, such as: speed of the sale, managing multiple offers, and inspection issues. We will cover the preapproval process and offer questions to ask when representing your buyers and sellers.

This class will be held Virtually with Brent Lancaster from Bob Brooks School. You will receive an email the day before with the instructions on how to get into the class. You must download the Adobe Connect App to access this course.

(NOTE:  The LREC does not allow licensees to receive credit for attending the same continuing education course from the same vendor in the same year.)
