Presented by Gene Trowbridge, CCIM, a pre-eminent educator in the world of real estate and syndication, this course explores in depth the role of crowdfunding in the real estate market: discovering the benefits of being a Group Sponsor, determining which ownership structure is right for your investors, navigating securities laws, forming your next group, how to structure your transaction, and a review of the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) structure. All attendees also receive a free copy of Mr. Trowbridge’s book, “It’s a Whole New Business: The How-To Book of Syndicated Investment Real Estate.”

“No-shows” will be charged $20.00 or forfeit tuition, whichever is higher, and will not be permitted to attend future classes until fee is paid. Cancellations must be received before class by canceling online or by faxing (504) 888-1812. No verbal cancellations. All cell phones, laptops, and other electronic equipment must be turned off during class.  Phone calls are limited to your breaks only.
