I am Stan Adamcewicz, the Team Leader and an Associate Broker with Keller Williams Realty 455-0100. I have been a Realtor for the past 20 years and I serve on the Grievance Committee for NOMAR. I believe that education in our field of Real Estate is so important in the ever changing industry and I pride myself on staying on top of issues that affect our real estate community. I also believe that I have a strong ability to listen and communicate. Both of these strengths will help me to think independently as I gather needed information to make decisions on behalf of our board. I look forward to serving with the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors, not only the needs of brokers, but also to serve our members. We all have an obligation to serve our community as a volunteer, whether it is in your church, health care, education, political organizations or in your profession, it is an individual's choice. And I choose to serve.
I previously served on NOMAR's Board of Directors and also served on the following committees; Affordable Housing, Grievance, Manager's Advisory and Professional Standards.

I currently serve on the NOMAR Board of Directors and Louisiana Realtors Board of Directors. I have served as President of GSREIN as well. I know what to expect with serving on the Board. I know the importance of of our collaborative voices in helping shape the landscape for our 6,000 Realtors we volunteer for. I aim to continue to do good work to help the NOMAR Board run smoothly and hope to help make good decisions for our members. I have always enjoyed volunteering on the local and state level and hope to continue on the local level for 2021.

I currently serve NOMAR as an active member of the Education, MLS Advisory, and Grievance committees. I am currently the co-chair of the voice of the northshore committee. I earned my BBA in Managerial Finance from The University of Mississippi. A native of the Westbank, and a graduate of Archbishop Blenk High, I have been a resident of St Tammany since 2001 when I purchased my first home. Financially, I am a saver. Politically, I am a moderate. Socially, I am a fun situational extrovert. Spiritually, I am a believer. Most importantly, serving on the board is not about me, it is about YOU. The Realtors. I feel privileged to currently be serving as a member of the NOMAR Board of Directors and ask you to allow me to continue my service. Commitment and teamwork are both important attributes to a successful board for our association, I value both. I feel it is important to give back to our industry and work to uphold strong ethical and professional behavior from its members to better serve our fellow Realtors® and community. My belief is if we embody the Realtor spirit with open communication, relationship building and accountability our profession would be a step above.
