It is preferred that New Member Application and dues be received by the Friday prior to Orientation. Dues are prorated according to the date the new member was licensed with your firm. Orientation is a requirement for membership.
Supra Lockbox keys can be leased after Orientation. Checks for the keys are made to Supra. Key products and fee structure will be explained at Orientation.
*As per the By-laws of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS®, Inc. if a new licensee does not fulfill membership requirements within 60 days of being licensed with a Designated REALTOR®, then the Designated REALTOR® is responsible for paying the dues and MLS fees for the non-member. As a non-member the licensee cannot utilize any of the services of NOMAR or GSREIN.

RECOMMENDED THAT YOU TAKE BASIC MATRIX I FIRST! Hands on class, computers are provided. Leard how to get the most out of Matrix. This class will touch on the following: Data Co-Op, Hot Sheet & Market Watch customization, Realist, Market Reports, Managing Emails and Auto Emails, Speed Bar Search, Map Search, creating a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). This is a 2 hour class, please come with your undivided attention, ready to learn!
“No-shows” will be charged $20.00 or forfeit tuition, whichever is higher, and will not be permitted to attend future classes until fee is paid.
