2 hours of CE (Survival in the Real Estate World) begins at 10:00am with the Legislative Luncheon beginning at 12:00pm
Registration is required in order to reserve a place and insure there is enough seating. The cost is $25 and includes the
2 hour CE class and luncheon. Attendees can opt to attend both the CE and luncheon or select which session best accommodates their time and availability. However, the cost is the same. If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know at the time of registration.
Louisiana REALTORS® schedules a series of Legislative Outreach events prior to the start of the year’s legislative session.
The 2019 Legislative Regular Session begins at Noon on Monday, April 8, 2019. The purpose of these outreach events is to convene and connect Louisiana’s legislators with REALTORS® in their areas and away from the hustle and bustle of the State Capital. Each event is an opportunity to get together and discuss issues that impact real estate and our communities and get an overview of what to expect in the upcoming legislative session.

This CE course is the 2019 LREC- approved mandatory topic course. All broker and salesperson licensees are required to complete this course as part of their required CE hours.
“No-shows” will be charged $20.00 or forfeit tuition, whichever is higher, and will not be permitted to attend future classes until fee is paid. Cancellations must be received before class by canceling online or by faxing (504) 888-1812. No verbal cancellations. All cell phones, laptops, and other electronic equipment must be turned off during class. Phone calls are limited to your breaks only.
