Announcing New CID Education Subsidy Program

Sponsored by Home Bank, the new CID Education Subsidy Program provides financial assistance to CID members seeking to further develop their Commercial Real Estate skills through continuing education. Active CID members are eligible to receive up to $150 from CID toward the cost of CID-approved courses as they pursue the CCIM, SIOR or IREM designations or attend LREC-certified commercial classes or CID-sponsored classes.

To be eligible for the reimbursement, simply complete the course and submit documentation through our online submission form here. Full program guidelines, including eligible courses, can be found here.
